Browscan make or break your face, and sometimes, you don’t have time tovisit a professional. If you just need a subtle trim on a few hairsbefore filling in, fear not – we have some tips to make the processless intimidating.
)Comb hairs in direction they naturally go with a spoolie. Only brushthe front portion up and do a very minor trim without touching yourshape.
)Do not comb all of your hairs upward rather than just the front –this causes sparse areas and weird dips that will take months to fillout.
)Take time to evaluate before you continue. Sometimes, it’s easy tojust keep maintaining, and maintaining, and maintaining, until youhave no brows at all.

)Invest in a mascara wand and angled eyebrow trimming scissors. Youcan even use curved nail scissors if you’re on a budget.

)Sometimes you need to tweeze instead of trimming – this is theperfect in-between tip between trim sessions.
)Tweeze or trim with a regular mirror instead of a magnifying mirror.Sometimes, a magnifying mirror can cause you to remove too much hair.

)The smaller the scissors, the more control you’ll have over yourbrow shape and the final product.
)Another thing that causes you to remove too much hair is nottrimming in natural light. Always try to do your brows in naturallight and if you do overdo it, fill it in with pencil or powder.
)Don’t use an old toothbrush to brush your brows instead of amascara brush. Doing so can result in an infection.
11) Never trim in the middle of the brow – use the natural line of the hair that extend above the top line to avoid making holes.
